1. Respected sir please tell me something about your family were did you born and how was your family background?

2. Sir please tell me something about your school life. did you were a bright student in school?

I studied in the village school and was just a normal student. Had a special school in the nearby town, and opted that for 8th class onwards. BUT was thrown out from that school being a bad student. So finished 10th from my village school in a close to second class. Had to do many household work and less concentrated on studies. No aspirations / dreams. That time no plus 1 and plus 2; it is under university called Pre-Degree. That too got through a college at PAYYANUR in a town with just second class.

Opted Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

Just could make admission in a Degree College.

3. Who was your inspiration and ideal?

Had many - looked upon Good Teachers, Leaders like Vivekananda, Gandhi in college days. But dont think they got any shape till I took my Masters.

But today My dream and the Real ME inside Who is aspiring to DO is my inspiration.

4. Sir please explain me your struggle to achieve your great success in your life?

I dont think I had trouble / struggle. Dont know whether I am successful or not. I am what now is just as I use all opportunities and never lazy. Hardwork and flow according to the slope in LIFE. My Philosophy is Flow LIKE a RIVER and Grow LIKE a TREE. I enjoy the Storm and Fall in LIFE. I enjoy 'what you call as struggle'.

5. Sir to achieve some thing we must dream so which dream did you saw in early stage of your life i mean to say what was your goal?

Dream is not constant. It keeps changing. Dream is created from the Knowledge one attains, and the World he is exposed to. In my early age I had limited small dreams to be a teacher to a Rich Man. Then to be a good researcher in Mathematics to be a Great Professor of mathematics - while I was doing PhD. In Job as Scientist was to Head a Unit of ISRO to make it a Model Research Institute with High End Application. As a Social Worker I have the Dream NOW of Creating GOOD Administrators for INDIA. That is why I am with lot of bright students making them CIVIL Service Aspirants.

I was with Space Department in a small unit (Advanced Data Processing Research institute) in Hyderabad with lot of Strategic Application of Satellite Images. It involved Image Processing, Photogrammetry (Using Image make Measurements on the Ground), Mapping, Geographic Information Systems etc. Had to make softwares and Application driven Product Generation for the Users, Training them.

7. Sir did you think that today’s Engineering education system must be Re-Engineer or not?

In Professional Education one has to get Training to be a Professional. It is lacking. Skill Development is more important than Knowledge. Knowledge without Skill and that too coming from teachers who never attained Skill / experience will be impaired. This is what is happening in Engineering Education.
Medical is better as the medical colleges run Hospitals and Teachers are real Professionals. Students too get hands-on experience.
I wish all engineering colleges run with Industries or Industries run Engineering Colleges.

8. Sir by seeing your education it seems that you were active in each field you did LLB also MS, MBA and PhD so what did make you to take this much education in different fields?

I have passion for learning. Not a good reader may be, so have to do courses to force me to read and learn. I am a serious learner, not a casual reader. read for a purpose. So took serious studies. Most of them as incidental. My PhD in Mathematics - Fluid Mechanics - Heat Transfer was a logical continuation of my Masters in Mathematics.

While I was in PhD in Bangalore, my hostel room mate was an LLB Student. My uncle was one of the leading legal legend in Kerala. May be these must have influenced me to learn LLB with a Law college near to my home in Hyderabad.

I was given a chance of assisting a senior ISRO administrator on an HRD Project on ISRO and that gave me the spirit for an MBA with Knowledge Management Specialization that too working at ISRO HQ under Program Planning and Project Management Directorate.

I am an astrologer by passion, I found most of the problems of people are due to lack of Behavioural troubles and can be solved by Counseling. That gave me a chance to learn MS in Psychotherapy and Counseling.

I flow with the slope and never missed chance in learning.

I dont know what I wanted, so whatever I got is a great gift. I have no more to create and achieve. I am read to go. May be just living waiting for death. Done with what I want to do. May be this ex-gratia period is to support who ever need me in Sharing what I have. I love teaching and learning. Rest of my life, I love to continue with that. If I accept all the invitations I will have every day sessions and I will have to run around with classes. I am selective, people are also selective and reserve calling me - thinking that I may not fit in their format.
But I do go for small classes / small group to large gathering to High profile classes. Technical to Spiritual Lectures.

Your college is special. I have seen first time an institution which starts at 11 am instead of 9 in the morning. May be your culture ! Students are bright but a bit lazy. Need to have higher dreams and aspirations. I am sure your college students can do wonders.

College is great NOT when they post a few in the MNC companies. But when they make a few in Indian Administration

Shaping the Future of the Country.

I am sure Pusad - BNCOE can do wonders if the Management is bend upon doing this. As by infrastructure and Staff with a great Leader like Dr.Ravi as Principal and supporting Management I am sure this is possible .
